OLD – 3 Month Goal Performance Programme

Programme Plan

Introductory: Session 1 (90 minutes)

During this session you will learn more about yourself, your strengths and what motivates you. You will achieve greater clarity about your goals and begin to gain an understanding of what is holding you back.

Focus and Action: Session 2 (60 minutes)

This session will focus on breaking the overall goal down into manageable, prioritised steps. You will recognise what is getting in the way and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

Focus and Action: Session 3 (60 minutes)

During this session, Linda will help you to focus fully on your greatest priority, as identified in the previous sessions and your preparation form. Once again you will investigate what is getting in the way and develop strategies to navigate through obstacles.

Review and Focus: Session 4 (60 minutes)

This session will include a review of progress so far and what you have learned. You will set prioritised goals for the remainder of the programme and develop a series of actions to move you forward between now and the next session. As usual, you will explore and overcome any obstacles.

Focus and Action: Session 5 (60 minutes)

During this session, you will focus fully on your next priority, as identified in your preparation sheet. Once again you will investigate what is getting in the way and develop strategies to navigate through these obstacles.

Final Review and Future Focus: Session 6 (60 minutes)

Finally, you will review your successes and what you have learned over the programme and will set priorities and timescales for action over the next 3 months.

Follow up Session 7 (45 minutes)

This follow up session will be held 3 months after the programme has finished. During this session you will have the opportunity to recognise and share your success so far and set new priorities.
